American Legion Post 851
American Legion Post 851 has proudly served veterans, their families, and the surrounding community for decades. As part of the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization, we are committed to honoring those who served and upholding the values of patriotism, service, and community.
Our mission is to ensure that no veteran is forgotten. Through advocacy, fellowship, and community outreach, we provide essential support services, emergency assistance, and a place where veterans can find camaraderie and purpose. But our reach goes beyond those who wore the uniform. We sponsor local Boy Scout, Girl Scout, and Cub Scout troops, award scholarships to graduating seniors, and host events that bring families together and strengthen community bonds.
Post 851 is more than just a veterans organization—it’s a gathering place, a helping hand, and a proud partner in building a stronger, more united community. Whether you’re a veteran, a family member, or a neighbor, we welcome you to stand with us in service and support.
